Laura Bennett is an American triathlete married to professional Greg Bennett. In college, she focused on swimming and became a member of the 1997 NCAA Champion 400 Medley Relay team at S. Methodist University. After college, Laura returned to triathlon. Laura became the first alternate for the 2004 Olympic Team, but did not get to compete.
